  • Injuries (road accidents, self-harm, violence, falls, drowning) — a major cause-of-death category, especially in younger age groups. Not yet included — see #91
  • Maternal and neonatal deaths — account for ~10% of deaths in low-income countries. Not yet included
  • Other NCDs (neurological, mental, musculoskeletal) — not in the 7 tracked NCD categories
